Built as the owning family’s summer house, Villa Valomia combines high standards with a comfortable, homely feel throughout. Light, sun-filled and spacious interiors with high ceilings, a warm colour scheme, beautifully landscaped gardens and a spectacular pool area with fantastic views make this villa a special find.

Although its location encourages a lot of exploring with plenty to see and do nearby including tavernas, shops and beaches within about 1.5km, guests may find it hard to leave the villa and its spacious grounds. Mini guests will love playing on the expansive lawns, onsite playground and splashing in the pool (with children’s shallow section) whilst frazzled parents will find it hard not to relax on the various outdoor terraces which lend themselves perfectly to a spot of lunch, sunset drinks, sunbathing or quiet contemplation in the stunning infinity edge pool complete with Jacuzzi beds and white wicker sun loungers.

Accommodation Overview

The fully air conditioned villa is built across three floors with contemporary country-style interiors, in soft earthy colours with plenty of space for the whole family or multi-family groups.

Guests enter into a spacious hall which leads to an open plan living room and dining area with seating for eight and large French doors which open out onto outdoor lounge and dining terrace. There is a good-sized and well equipped kitchen with all the mod cons (espresso machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer etc.) and functional bread over plus laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a 1.8m bed, TV and access to the vegetable garden outside. There is an adjacent bathroom with bath and shower. There are two further bedrooms upstairs comprising a double room, with 1.6m bed, and one twin bedrooms. Both have a TV, and private outdoor space. The double has a covered terrace with sea views, whilst the twin room has a balcony overlooking the olive groves. Both bedrooms share bathroom with shower.

There is a further bedroom is available on request for additional cost which is located on the lower ground floor and is ideal for those bringing along a nanny or with a larger group. The bedroom has a 1.50m double bed, kitchenette and en-suite shower room.

Outside there are spacious terraces for both dining and relaxing, a lovely built in BBQ corner which forms a summer kitchen, well-landscaped gardens, playground for little ones and 45m2 infinity swimming pool with shallow children’s area, Jacuzzi beds, wood deck and pavilion.

The house has full air-conditioning and central heating. The price includes a meet and greet at Chania airport from the villa representative, 10 hours maid service per week plus final clean, arrival set of pool towels, household and bed linen ( not cot linen ) with midweek change plus cost of utilities (water, gas, electricity).
