Plus a pre-arrival nappies and wipes shopping service, a comprehensive welcome pack to avoid first night panic buying and the option to arrange experienced, English speaking daytime or evening babysitting via a well-respected local agency.
Parents can look forward to long lazy breakfasts and mornings by the pool followed by stroller walks to the beach, seafood lunches next to the sand and chilled evenings with sunset drinks and mountain views on the large bedroom balcony. With three bedrooms, including a downstairs twin with ensuite, you could bring babysitters with you in the form of grandparents, or rent as two small families and take turns on quiet nights in and date nights but teh local 'Jelly and Ice Cream' babysitting service is highly recommended and can bring activity packs or toy boxes for daytime childcare, should you fancy a day trip to Palma.


Accommodation Overview:
This family-friendly villa is set over two floors with air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The ground floor has an open plan living/dining room with large satellite TV and patio doors to the pool terrace. There's modern and well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses a washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a good-sized twin bedroom with ensuite bath and shower room. Upstairs houses a large master double bedroom with walk-in dressing room and ensuite bath/shower room plus patio doors to a spacious balcony, and a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. The lovely ground floor terrace is very sheltered and boasts table tennis, a barbecue area, dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a decent sized pool (7m by 4m with a depth of 0.9m – 1.5m). The pool can have a safety pool fence added at a cost of around £300 per week.
The villa does not have allocated parking but there is generally easy parking on the street outside.
