The resident managers have two young children themselves, so they know little ones will love exploring the rock pools in the cove or crab fishing from the quaysides but they’ve also made sure The Bay is a relaxing, family friendly base for all this, and more, that Cornwall has to offer. Besides helpful equipment like travel cots and high chairs being provided, The Bay features the aforementioned 12m x 6m heated indoor pool, a gym and a sauna. The reception area also has a children’s corner with toys, books and a Playstation to keep toddlers to teens amused for a while. Staff are on hand daily to help families make the most of their stay and can recommend restaurants, organise a babysitter or book a host of activities from boat trips to horse riding.

All of the houses have been individually styled and furnished with contemporary flair to 5-star standards and providing complete home from home comfort.
Hampers of Cornish food and drink can be pre-ordered and the owners can also arrange a chef to turn a meal time into an occasion, from a romantic dinner for mum and dad to a family barbecue party.

Accommodation Overview – House 30

This contemporary, three bedroom detached house is set over four levels with far reaching views. It provides comfortable accommodation for families of 6-7 plus infants. (Max 4 adults).
The living area has a vaulted ceiling, panoramic windows and a full width glass balcony so guests can make the most of the views. The lounge is a comfortable place to relax with soft sofas, a wood burner and large screen TV. The kitchen/dining area is set on a mezzanine level above the lounge which is ideal for keeping an eye of children whilst you cook without them being under your feet. Fully equipped and contemporary the kitchen has a NEFF touch control induction hob, NEFF built-in microwave, a fridge/freezer, NEFF dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and tumbe dryer. The dining table has seating for 6. French doors lead out onto a suntrap balcony from the kitchen/diner.
The house has three bedrooms. A master doube bedroom (super king bed) with en-suite shower/bathroom and access to outdoor, decked terrace area. A further double room which can be made up as a super king double or twin room plus a childrens room with bunk beds and an additional pull out truckle bed. There are two further bathrooms both of which are shower rooms.
The house has a gas BBQ and outdoor seating.
