Domes Novos – Euphoria Bungalow & Zen Pool

Sleek, stylish and sophisticated, this new (April 2024) boutique spa hotel looks, at first sight, far too cool and glamorous to be family-friendly but it is actually surprisingly so thanks to family-sized rooms, a complimentary, Ofsted standards, kids club and mini-guest menus in both it's restaurants…. praise be!

Boasting cool, contemporary design, inside and out, the resort's 50 low rise open-plan 'bungalow' rooms and two multi-room 'villas', each come with luxurious touches in the form Nespresso machines, Marshall speakers, luxury branded toiletries and views of the sea and Santorini's world-famous sunset from their private infinity pools. When not enjoying their spacious suites, terraces and pools, guests can sample the Soma Spa with its indoor pool, treatment rooms, steam room, sauna, gym and yoga zone; lounge by the large communal pool with it's elegant cocktail and snack bar, try a mixology class or wine tasting in the Library bar or enjoy dinners, drinks and more exceptional sea and sunset views from the roof top bar and bistro.

Mini guests are well catered for too, with kids menus in all restaurants and complimentary 3-hr kids club sessions offered twice daily Monday to Saturday. The 'KiEPOS' concept aims to create fun and educational memories for little ones with programmes that meet UK Ofsted childcare standards and are developed in a way that aims to nurture eco conscious youngsters. Children will get the chance to plant their own herbs &and flowers during their stay as well as having a hands-on, sensory experiences that will help illustrate big ideas like sustainability, eco – responsibility and healthy eating in a light-hearted and fun way.

For those who can tear themselves away from the delicious menus created by acclaimed Greek chef, Dionysis Anastopoulos, there local bars and tavernas within a short walk and a complimentary shuttle service to the famously beautiful town of Oia (1.5kms away) with its many casual and formal bars, restaurants and boutiques. A little further afield, are the famous Santorini vineyards offering tours and tasting, or the incredible Minoan city ruins at Akrotiri, which are a real must-see for history buffs, along with the spectacular black sand volcanic beaches in that area. The nearest beach to the hotel is more traditional and approx three kilometres away.

These bungalows can sleep 2 adults, 1 child and an additional baby cot on request. They feature a comfortable king-sized bed and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. They also offer a terrace with a zen pool (minimum 14 sqm) and resort views. Zen pool can be heated (complimentary 1-15 May & 1-31 Oct). They are further equipped with free WiFi, SAT-TV, mini-bar (at extra charge), free safe, Nespresso coffee machine & Tea making amenity, luxury bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers, Marshall speaker, Iron/Ironing board.
