Catering for families of all shapes and sizes the cliff side resort has a variety of rooms, suites and villas, many of which come with their own pools. The sea views are spectacular and the facilities aren’t far behind. Along with the aforementioned spa and kid’s clubs, there’s a trio of restaurants, an impressive heated (year round) infinity swimming pool, virtually private sandy beach, water sports/sailing centre, mini market, boutiques and more.

Families tend to head straight to the infinity pool which is supervised and heated year round. It’s a wonderful spot to take in the view and, as well as life guard supervision it also has a thoughtful children’s section so little ones can splash about safely and parents can relax with a book and drink without being on tenterhooks. The poolside Ocean restaurant is ideal for parents looking to enjoy a leisurely lunch as they can take their time with their food while little ones play by the pool.

The resorts beach is another draw. It may not be massive but the clean, sandy shores lead to calm shallow waters. There’s plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for shading little ones from the midday sun. The beach bar’s sunbed waiter service is the real icing on the cake – we recommend the mango margarita! Those not content to sun worship and splash about in the sea can enjoy a variety of water sports with everything from inflatable sofa rides to water-skiing, laser sailing, wind surfing and boat rides available. There’s a professional PADI certified diving school and lessons are available for children ages 8+.

Back on dry land the resort provides a wealth of activities from personal training sessions in the state of the art gym to yoga classes, Pilates and tennis. The spa is a haven of relaxation with an indoor, saltwater infinity pool, a second pool with hydro massage and counter current (heated), a beauty room, hairdresser, Thai massage studio and variety of treatment rooms. Unfortunately, the spa area is off limits to those under 16 years old but is a great retreat when little ones are busy enjoying the kids club or crèche.

The resorts childcare services are run by Ofsted accredited, UK company The Worldwide Kids Co. It hosts a varied programme for children ages 4 months – 11 years. The kids club for 4 years + is free of charge and open 6 days a week (7 in July & August). It has sessions in the morning, afternoon and evening plus further supervised dining session at lunchtime and dinner which is approx. 20 euros per meal per child. The crèche is charged as extra and caters for children ages 4 month-4 years. It offers morning and afternoon sessions (plus the supervised dining sessions mentioned above).

The Premium Sea View Suites are sets of two spacious interconnecting rooms, one housing a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, the other housing a genius pull-down double that housekeeping set up as a sofa by day but double bed by night. The rooms share a spaceious 16m square terrace wit dining and lounging furniture and each room has its own ensuite bathroom with bath tub and separare shower. Family amentities such as kettles and microwaves can be placed in the rooms along with standard fixtures and fittings which include luxury Egyptian cotton bed linens, marble-lined bathrooms, satelite TV, LCD Media hub TVs, free Wi-Fi, Ipod dock, mini bar, tea/coffee making, hairdryers, luxury toiletries, slippers and bathrobes for young and old. Guests have access to the resort laundry service and 24-hour room service. Please note: Current rates are based on 2 adults + a child/infant.
