Opened in 2011, this luxurious coastal resort in the south of Italy has a contemporary feel and is built from locally sourced materials. Situated between the Valle d’Itria and the azure Adriatic, it is set with 20 hectares along the Puglian coast and comprises a hotel (68 rooms), a traditional village (98 rooms and family suites) and 28 three-bedroom private villas, each with private garden and private pool. Larger groups can book two villas side-by-side.
BFB Verdict: Stylish, luxurious and exceptionally well designed with a fabulous range of family-friendly accommodation. If you have the budget, the private villas with pools are glossy magazine stunning and promise an idyllic holiday, whilst the townhouses offer fabulous views from their gorgeous roof terraces and the hotel rooms are exceptionally luxurious. The facilities are outstanding too, with a British-run creche, a very luxurious spa and a championship golf course, plus there are miles of sandy beaches and excellent eateries within a few minutes walk… heavenly!

After finding out exactly what we hoped for and needed, Vicki was able to find our perfect holiday - we were so looking forward to it and couldn't have been more delighted. Vicki's communication was informative and proactive throughout - our happiness with the arrangements was of the utmost importance to her and I felt I could get in touch with any queries. These were addressed swiftly and efficiently. I really felt like she went the extra mile in helping us plan our holiday and ensuring we were comfortable with all aspects. Highly recommend!! Tori was really helpful in helping us book, manage transfers, etc. On our departure day we had unexpected passport issues - Tori was straight on to the hotel and arranged for us to stay a couple of days later than planned. She was brilliant and really diffused the stress of a heart sink situation. Would definitely book with these guys again. We have never been disappointed, and I have pretty high expectations when it comes to holidays! They respond so quickly to every query and have got us some great deals. I trust them fully with what are such crucial decisions about our much needed holidays and recommend them to every parent I know! I would be lost without them! The matching service was really useful Chris ReddingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I submitted some basic details on their form on a Sunday evening and Tori got back to me the next day. We exchanged several emails and spoke on the phone. Tori was well informed, responsive and thorough. I was able to book a place that looks great with her help. It was great to have help from someone who specialises in family holidays, as our requirements are pretty different now compared to before having kids. I don't actually think I've ever had a personal service to help book a holiday before. Maybe this is what it was like when people used to go to the travel agent on the high street... Thanks Tori and BFB, would recommend and use again. Jessica TaylorTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Baby Friendly Boltholes by doing a Google search, and completed their online form with my holiday requirements. They got back to me very quickly with some great recommendations which were also very cost effective. Unfortunately due to a change in circumstances we're unable to book at this time, but I will definitely go back to Baby Friendly Boltholes when we're in a position to move forward with our booking. I can’t recommend Juliet at babyboltholes enough, from our initial enquiry right through to booking, she was responsive, understanding and patient. I didn’t even know where to start booking our first family holiday, Juliet took onboard all our needs and found us our dream trip. 5 star service for busy parents!
