Villa Tereu

Villa Tereu is a contemporary, family-friendly villa for 8 located just outside the bustling town of Pollenca on the Northeast Mallorcan coast. Wonderfully rural, the house looks over the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains, but it's also perfect for nipping into town. Guests can walk to the shops, restaurants and bustling weekly market of Pollenca old town within 25 minutes, a real rarity for a villa so peaceful to be so close to civilisation. As for beach days, they're easy too. A short car journey (10 minutes) will take families to the golden sand stretch of Puerto Pollenca, plus there's a choice of pretty, secluded coves just a few minutes further.

Accommodation Overview

This elegant 4 bedroom villa is perfect for families in search of a contemporary, country villa with its own private pool. On the ground floor there's a bright and stylish open plan lounge, diner with comfortable sofas, fireplace, TV (limited English speaking channels), and a large dining table for 8. A set of doors leads into the modern kitchen which has a breakfast bar, oven, hob, coffee machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. This room leads out onto the pool terrace. There is also an additional dining area on this floor, with a barbecue and access to the pool terrace.

The first bedroom is located downstairs and offers two single beds with an en-suite shower room and access to a side terrace. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs and comprise of a master suite with a double bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom, a second double room with an en-suite shower room, and a further twin room, again with an en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms on this floor lead to a long, shared balcony with overlooks the swimming pool.

Outside the house has a lawned garden with a private infinity pool. The pool is offered unfenced but families can opt to add a pool fence for an additional supplement (must be arranged before departure). There is an outdoor lounge area, dining table, and a small selection of sun loungers dotted around the swimming pool. There's also a table tennis table which is sure to prove a big hit with adults and kids alike.
