Sparrow Townhouse is a stylish, contemporary 3-4 bedroom family home set on a small residential estate between Marbella and Estepona on Spain's glamorous Andalucian coast. It nestles in a peaceful spot on a pretty and typically Spanish street but benefits from being within walking distance of the long sandy beaches and bars boutiques and bistros of the area, as well as enjoying access to a lovely large swimming pool surrounded by spacious lawns and shared with only a handful of other properties.

Inside, the semi-detached villa/townhouse is stylish and comfortable. It is flooded with light from the wall of floor to ceiling patio doors and spacious conservatory, and furnished throughout with a bright contemporary feel, as you'd expect given its owned by an ex-pat photographer with an eye for design! The house itself is deceptively spacious. There's a large open-plan ground floor housing a striking contemporary kitchen with luxurious Silestone island unit, which is perfect for cooking up a storm or relaxing on a bar stool and chatting over nibbles, all the while keeping an eye on little ones who'll love the comfy L-shaped sofa and large flatscreen TV set up in the lounge or playing with the handy outdoor toys on the terrace and lawned garden area. Alternatively, grown-ups might test out their master chef skills on the enormous Weber barbeque, or conjure up a cocktail in the conservatory area's ready-stocked bar perhaps after enjoying a round of tennis or a splash in the pool with the kids. The communal tennis, paddle tennis, play area and swimming pool are just a short walk from the front door or via a tree-lined path from the garden and often a hit with junior guests who love the opportunity to meet-up with new found play mates. During cooler months, guest may also enjoy use of the indoor pool and facilities at the nearby country club (2mins walk) for an optional supplement of approx. €165 per family (2 adults & 1-3 children) per week.

The fact that there's an optional 1-bed annex to the house, which boasts it from three to four bedrooms and enables it to sleep 10+ cots, makes it an ideal choice for a multi-family group but the main house is also pretty comfortable for two families too. One of its three bedrooms is a double bedroom with a king-sized bed, the second room has twin beds that can be zipped into a double bed, whilst the third is a kids room with two sets of bunks, enabling it to sleep four junior guests. All three bedrooms have space for a cot and the two adult bedrooms each boast their own private sun terraces. Junior guests won't miss the terraces as they'll will love bunking in together in the kids room which boasts a selection of toys and games. There are two bathrooms, an en-suite shower room on the master suite and a family bathroom with tub and separate shower shared between the second double and kids room. The annex has its own front entrance, adjacent to the main house entrance, a double bed, satellite TV and an ensuite shower room. From September – May smaller groups can rent the house as a three bedroom option without the annex at a discounted rate which can be selected from the options and extras section when booking.

Added to all of the above, a handy list of nursery gear and pre-arrival shopping service, makes Sparrow Townhouse a stylish, convenient, comfortable escape at which a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday is pretty much guaranteed!

Sparrow townhouse is a 3-bed contemporary family home with option 1-bedroom annexe with private access. The property sleeps 8-10+cots (10 with the annexe which is included in July & August bookings but £200 extra otherwise) with 3 double/twin bedrooms (including the annexe or 2 without) and a kids bedroom with 2 x sets of bunk beds. There is room for a cot in each bedroom and both doubles in the main house boast private sun terraces. The large open-plain ground level comprises of a comfortable lounge area with seating for six, DVD player and 50" flatscreen TV with Netflix and Apple TV, a well equipped kitchen with bar washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, full size hob, double oven and fridge freezer, and a glass conservatory with dining table and bar. Directly outside the patio doors there's a handy BBQ terrace with dining furniture and loungers, and a safely enclosed lawned area with outdoor toys. A communal pool, tennis courts and playground is within 2 minutes walk from the front door or via a wooded path from the garden.
