No 23 The Bay Talland

The resident managers have two young children themselves, so they know little ones will love exploring the rock pools in the cove or crab fishing from the quaysides but they’ve also made sure The Bay is a relaxing, family friendly base for all this, and more, that Cornwall has to offer. Besides helpful equipment like travel cots and high chairs being provided, The Bay features the aforementioned 12m x 6m heated indoor pool, a gym and a sauna. The reception area also has a children’s corner with toys, books and a Playstation to keep toddlers to teens amused for a while. Staff are on hand daily to help families make the most of their stay and can recommend restaurants, organise a babysitter or book a host of activities from boat trips to horse riding.

All of the houses have been individually styled and furnished with contemporary flair to 5-star standards and providing complete home from home comfort.
Hampers of Cornish food and drink can be pre-ordered and the owners can also arrange a chef to turn a meal time into an occasion, from a romantic dinner for mum and dad to a family barbecue party.

No. 23 The Bay sleeps 6 plus a cot in the king-sized master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second king-sized bedroom and a single bedroom with pull-out trundle bed. The latter share use of a family bathroom. The light, airy, open-plan living dining area has lovely views to the hills and sea from the comfy sofa and the space also includes a stylish and well-equipped kitchen, a romantic wood burner, 40" Freeview TV and a DVD player. The 'upside down' design of the house means there's a lovely, large furnished balcony off the first floor living area with great views, and a decked terrace off the ground floor leading onto a small lawned garden area with BBQ.
