The villa itself may not be the most stylish, but it's wonderfully warm and welcoming. The villa grounds are kept immaculately and there's real attention to detail from the owner which results in a genuine home, away from home feel which will have parents feel instantly at ease, the extensive complimentary infant pack (see fast facts) helps with that too. But best of all, despite its rural location and beautiful gardens, the villa is just 4kms from the pretty town of Pollença and a short drive from some of the island's best beaches. It's the perfect place to while away a week or two in the sunshine, exploring the island and making the most of quality family time!

Accommodation Overview

The villa sleeps 6 plus infants in three bedrooms and is split over two floors. The ground floor has a comfortable living room with sofas, TV (limited English speaking channels) and access out onto the terrace. There is an open plan kitchen diner which is modern and well equipped. Guests will find an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a shower room on this floor which is handy for a post-swim wash.

The three bedrooms are all located upstairs. The first is a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access out onto a private terrace. There are two twin bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and one which also has a small balcony. The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

Outside there is a well-established private garden with a children's play area, dining terrace, outdoor lounge area, and a private swimming pool. The pool is unfenced but a fence can be added for additional cost if arranged prior to departure.
