The hotel's staff are exceptionally warm and friendly. They can frequently be seen zipping along in golf buggies, otherwise known as ‘club cars’, transporting guests the short but sometimes steep distance from their suites/villas to the hotel's stretch of sandy beach, pools, and restaurants. The British-run creche and kids club is well equipped, carefully maintained, and well-staffed by trained carers who fast become favourites with mini guests. This allows parents some guilt-free time to lounge on a cushioned sunbed by the sea, read a book, and indulge in a romantic dinner or a couples massage. A rare treat for parents with tots in tow!
