Cool, contemporary, child-friendly…not a combination you often find together…but our latest find, Domes of Corfu is just that. This 214 room, all-suite beach resort has been expertly designed with families in mind. The stylish, pared-back interiors, luxury spa, and good food options appeal to the parents while the kids club, creche, and family pool will ensure kids are equally catered for.
The hotel is perched between forested mountains and the famously beautiful beach of Glyfada below. It has three restaurants, a choice of bars and a relaxed social square nicknamed ‘The Core’, which offers casual street food style dining, drinks, and more. For chilled out days by the pool guests have a choice of four. The main family pool is the real hub of the resort and it has a separate splash pool which is perfect for younger guests who are just getting used to the water. Parents making use of the kids club or creche may want to indulge in a little quiet time beside the adult pool and selected ground floor suites also have use of the decadent ‘swim-up’ pool. Those looking for something a little more active can opt for a game of tennis, quick gym workout out, yoga session or something sea-based thanks to the beachside water sport centre. The resort can also assist in booking a range of offsite activities including horse riding, golf, walking tours, treks, boat trips, and excursions. We are particularly fond of Corfu town and it is only 25 minutes away, so perfect for a change of scene. There is a wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops, and beautiful architecture including the beautiful Liston promenade.
All in all, we can’t think of a better place for families looking for a relaxing Greek island holiday. The facilities, location, and staff will ensure parents' hardest part is having to say goodbye.

Location Information
BFB have a long running love affair with Greece. The sea, the food, the people, there’s nowhere quite like it. Corfu remains one of our top islands and it seems many would agree including the Durrels!
The island is famous for its lush scenery and idyllic beaches. It is dotted with picturesque villages, rolling hills, mountains, and architectural gems. The hotel itself is back by forested mountains and is great for those hoping to get in some good walks or treks during their break. Glyfada beach, which the hotel sits on is well known for its long stretch of sandy shoreline and crystal-clear waters.
Although the hotel offers plenty of dining options and a handy mini market, additional shops and restaurants can be found in Pelekas which is approx. 4km away (uphill). There are also a couple of tavernas, and a bar dotted along the beach which offer a great spot for a lazy beach lunch.
Corfu town (25mins away) is well worth a visit and often surprises guests with its beautiful Venetian architecture. The harbour is a lovely place to while away a few hours, whilst the great choice of galleries and museums are perfect for those in search of a little more culture. We also recommend visiting the beautiful, French built café-lined promenade known at the Liston.
Those looking to venture a little further afield will find an array of places to explore. The north of the island is Durrel homeland and blessed with the most beguiling views. Olives groves sweep down to pebbly coves and sleepy seaside villages. We thoroughly recommend a lunch stop at The Whitehouse whose views are closely rivalled by the food.
Particularly keen walkers may wish to tackle Mount Pantokrator which is surrounded by rugged terrace but filled with rare flowers and has a couple of ancient churches and monasteries to take in along the way.
Getting There:
The hotel is approximately 25 minutes from the airport. Transfers with car seats can be arranged on request at additional cost.

Colette SintonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were lucky enough to have Vicki's expertise and support in finding our family holiday in Zakynthos this summer. After finding out exactly what we hoped for and needed, Vicki was able to find our perfect holiday - we were so looking forward to it and couldn't have been more delighted. Vicki's communication was informative and proactive throughout - our happiness with the arrangements was of the utmost importance to her and I felt I could get in touch with any queries. These were addressed swiftly and efficiently. I really felt like she went the extra mile in helping us plan our holiday and ensuring we were comfortable with all aspects. Highly recommend!! Tori was really helpful in helping us book, manage transfers, etc. On our departure day we had unexpected passport issues - Tori was straight on to the hotel and arranged for us to stay a couple of days later than planned. She was brilliant and really diffused the stress of a heart sink situation. Would definitely book with these guys again. Hannah RoseTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Since our daughter was born 2.5 years ago, we have booked every single trip away with BFB. We have never been disappointed, and I have pretty high expectations when it comes to holidays! They respond so quickly to every query and have got us some great deals. I trust them fully with what are such crucial decisions about our much needed holidays and recommend them to every parent I know! I would be lost without them! The matching service was really useful Chris ReddingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I submitted some basic details on their form on a Sunday evening and Tori got back to me the next day. We exchanged several emails and spoke on the phone. Tori was well informed, responsive and thorough. I was able to book a place that looks great with her help. It was great to have help from someone who specialises in family holidays, as our requirements are pretty different now compared to before having kids. I don't actually think I've ever had a personal service to help book a holiday before. Maybe this is what it was like when people used to go to the travel agent on the high street... Thanks Tori and BFB, would recommend and use again. Jessica TaylorTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Baby Friendly Boltholes by doing a Google search, and completed their online form with my holiday requirements. They got back to me very quickly with some great recommendations which were also very cost effective. Unfortunately due to a change in circumstances we're unable to book at this time, but I will definitely go back to Baby Friendly Boltholes when we're in a position to move forward with our booking. Thanks! Joel DaltonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really fast and easy, available on a Sunday to complete our booking. Highly recommended Samantha ClarkeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t recommend Juliet at babyboltholes enough, from our initial enquiry right through to booking, she was responsive, understanding and patient. I didn’t even know where to start booking our first family holiday, Juliet took onboard all our needs and found us our dream trip. 5 star service for busy parents!
