Tucked down a lane and surrounded by citrus groves, Can Gall is a hidden oasis of charm and laid back luxury. Its effervescent owner, Santi, immediately puts both adult and mini guests at ease with his jovial welcome and huge grin. As the father of two young sons, he’s very well acquainted with what makes junior guests tick and has them in the palm of his hand within minutes, whilst their parent admire his handiwork on the beautifully renovated finca with its spacious bedrooms complete with exposed stone walls, open beamed ceilings, luxurious linens and indulgent hydro massage showers. It appears to effortlessly blend rustic chic with just the right level of luxury so parents feel spoilt but never on guard, free to allow their little ones to roam and confident that their excitable behaviour won’t upset anyone.
In fact, sitting by the infinity pool, surrounded by Ibiza’s surprisingly majestic and verdant scenery, with the scent of citrus in the air and the sound of mini guests chasing the hotel’s affectionate puppy, Ami, about, it is difficult not to succumb to utter relaxation. Days can easily drift by with a gentle routine of morning swims, afternoon sightseeing, beach sunsets, rustic home cooking, or relaxed elegance in a nearby restaurant, followed by late evening under a the kind of blanket stars only found in such unspoilt locations – best enjoyed from the reed-screened whirlpool next to the pool (within monitor range of rooms) or one of the pretty and terraces.
Of course, one of the great things about Ibiza is that the increasingly sophisticated nightlife means that even the most bedraggled parents will never feel like th oldest swinger in town at the clubs or late night bar. It might seem almost rude not to sample the scene for which Ibiza is most famous at least one or two of the nights there and thankfully, owners Santi and Anna have it covered with a band of lovely nannies on call for late night/early morning duty. In fact, one of the best regarded of the boutique clubs on the island, Aura, is just a few miles down the road and boasts a fab list of cocktails and very good food (until 1am – open until 4am).
Thanks to the handy list of baby gear (see below), playmates on tap (Anna and Santi’s sons), beautiful rooms, stunning scenery and sophiticated bars, bistros and boutiques within a short drive, the only difficulty guests are likely to have at Can Gall is having to leave.
Luxury Doubles are spacious rooms with large double beds and a part-screened area with tea & coffee making facilities, mini-fridge and space for a cot or toddler bed. Each room has its own terrace.

Location Information
For the uninitiated, Ibiza can be quite a revelation. Away from the package holiday meccas strung along its south coast from Evissa to Santa Eularia, or San Antonio in the North, it’s more akin to a relatively untouched Greek Island that a typical Spanish holiday destination. However, its pine-clad hills, turquoise waters and white sand coves are scattered with hidden gems in the form of sophisticated finca hotels, restaurants, beach clubs and bars – along with the infamous super clubs. Plus, thanks to proliferation of ageing ravers amongst us, many of the chic bars, beach clubs and bistros come with a child friendly bent too with regular family days which often offer arts and crafts sessions, kids meals and, especially for the hangover-afflicted, childcare too!
Despite its secluded location, Can Gall can boast a traditional but decent restaurant and handy mini market (with nappies, wipes, formula, even organic baby food) within 10 minutes walk, a selection of great, unspoilt beaches less than 15minutes away by car, and an excellent contemporary Italian restaurant (La Paloma) within five minutes drive.
For a insight into Ibiza’s glamorous yet kid-friendly side, try family days at El Chiringuito in Playa Es Cavalet, where they mix top DJs with a staffed kids craft corner. more great tips on Ibiza for families visit the great http://www.kidsinibiza.com/ website.

After finding out exactly what we hoped for and needed, Vicki was able to find our perfect holiday - we were so looking forward to it and couldn't have been more delighted. Vicki's communication was informative and proactive throughout - our happiness with the arrangements was of the utmost importance to her and I felt I could get in touch with any queries. These were addressed swiftly and efficiently. I really felt like she went the extra mile in helping us plan our holiday and ensuring we were comfortable with all aspects. Highly recommend!! Tori was really helpful in helping us book, manage transfers, etc. On our departure day we had unexpected passport issues - Tori was straight on to the hotel and arranged for us to stay a couple of days later than planned. She was brilliant and really diffused the stress of a heart sink situation. Would definitely book with these guys again. We have never been disappointed, and I have pretty high expectations when it comes to holidays! They respond so quickly to every query and have got us some great deals. I trust them fully with what are such crucial decisions about our much needed holidays and recommend them to every parent I know! I would be lost without them! The matching service was really useful Chris ReddingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I submitted some basic details on their form on a Sunday evening and Tori got back to me the next day. We exchanged several emails and spoke on the phone. Tori was well informed, responsive and thorough. I was able to book a place that looks great with her help. It was great to have help from someone who specialises in family holidays, as our requirements are pretty different now compared to before having kids. I don't actually think I've ever had a personal service to help book a holiday before. Maybe this is what it was like when people used to go to the travel agent on the high street... Thanks Tori and BFB, would recommend and use again. Jessica TaylorTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Baby Friendly Boltholes by doing a Google search, and completed their online form with my holiday requirements. They got back to me very quickly with some great recommendations which were also very cost effective. Unfortunately due to a change in circumstances we're unable to book at this time, but I will definitely go back to Baby Friendly Boltholes when we're in a position to move forward with our booking. Thanks! Joel DaltonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really fast and easy, available on a Sunday to complete our booking. I can’t recommend Juliet at babyboltholes enough, from our initial enquiry right through to booking, she was responsive, understanding and patient. I didn’t even know where to start booking our first family holiday, Juliet took onboard all our needs and found us our dream trip. 5 star service for busy parents!
