Beachside and family-friendly, Villa Bella at Acqua di Mare in Lefkada is an idyllic Greek island retreat.

The two bedroom villa sits alongside the clear waters of Perigaiali beach and has panoramic views across to the islands of Sparti and Skorpios. Families will wake up to the sounds of lapping waves and be just moments away from feeling the sand between their toes. Holiday days will drift by here is a haze of sun, sea and swimming. Best of all, there's a choice of local restaurants just five minutes walk away, so parents can take a break from cooking every night and head out for a waterfront dinner at one of the nearby tavernas instead.

The villa itself is contemporary and comfortable. The main bedroom as an indulgent open plan shower room behind the bed enabling sea views as you shower and every detail has been considered to ensure a home from home feel.

Accommodation Overview

The villa sleeps four plus an infant in two bedrooms. The house is split over two floors with an open plan living area and main bedroom on the ground floor. The living area consists of a good size lounge, dining area and kitchen equipped with a full cooker, coffee machine, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The bedroom is modern and comfortable with a bed facing out towards the sea. The shower room is open plan and located behind the bed. it has a large, luxurious rainfall shower and feature double stone basin sinks. There is also a WC on this level.

On the first floor there is a twin bedroom which can easily be converted to a double if preferred (on request), a family shower room and a handy washing machine located on the landing.

Outside the house has a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a shaded area and dining terrace. at the rear of the terrace is a gate leading to a private lawned garden area on the beach front which is a great space for toddlers to play. The dining terrace and pool Jacuzzi are great spots from which to soak up the beautiful hazy pink sunsets
