From soaking in the breathtaking views over the Looe Valley and the pretty fishing port of Looe from your cottage's private English country garden, or the comfortably heated outdoor pool, to bringing Old MacDonald's Farm to life with egg collecting and feeding rounds, a stay at one of Treworgey's collection of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom cottages is just the ticket for a spot of family rejuvenation.

Spread over 150 acres of meadows and farmland, the 14 individually designed and luxuriously fitted cottages are just a few minutes by car from the beach but offer plenty to keep adult and junior guests occupied for days on end. The heated outdoor pool with dedicated baby/toddler section, indoor playroom stuffed with Brio toys, outdoor play areas with sandpit, Wendy house, swings etc. plus animal rounds and riding school (from 18 months), never fail to delight junior guests. Whilst parents are just as well looked after with optional homemade dinner deliveries and pre-bookable babysitting, for nights out or just a couple hours in the daytime to allow for a few games of tennis or a romantic horse-ride along the riverside.

Each of the charming cottages blends Laura Ashley-style country contemporary interiors with modern luxuries such as flatscreen TVs, DVD players, Freeview (with Cbeebies!), Hairdryers, coffee makers, Ipod Docks (on request), WIFI (selected cottages & Information Room) and dishwashers, plus private gardens with BBQs, loungers, sun umbrellas and lovely valley views.

Willow cottage Particularly popular with artists staying at Treworgey, Willow has stunning views over the river valley which can be savoured from your dining table, sitting room and private sun-trap garden. A delightful conservatory, with pretty small-paned windows under an intricate roof, makes an ideal dining room for romantic suppers, or occasionally a separated space for a small child's folding bed or cot (children's folding bed is extra charge). The romantic bedroom has a sumptuous king-size brass bed, stunning fabrics and extra space and light is provided by the bedroom's little conservatory. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and luxurious under-floor heating. The beamed sitting room opens onto your private garden and its idyllic view. It has an open-hearth fireplace, a comfortable loose-covered sofa and armchair, antiques, freeview smart TV, DAB radio with Bluetooth speaker and books. The Cornish blue slate floor (with rugs to keep your toes cosy) extends from the sitting room into the fully-equipped Shaker-style kitchen.

Roses around the door and a sunny, sheltered garden leading to open fields and fabulous views form an idyllic setting.
